Find a little stream in a nice environment... and leap over it.  By doing that you symbolically close the gap between organdonation and transplantation.  Take no risk, jump safely and don't drown.  The beauty of the environment symbolizes the new enjoyment people can experience when they have had their transplant: they can finally get out and enjoy the great outdoors again.
